Peanut Butter Fruit Dip
As you may know by now, I am a health and fitness coach. But I'm also a coach's wife and that title comes with many tailgates and family potlucks, where I'm surrounded by many unhealthy choices.
While I'm not some robot that doesn't ever splurge (I LOVE food!) I try to do my part in bringing a healthy option to those parties. Here is what I have prepared for our Super Bowl party today!!
21 Day Fix-Approved Peanut Butter Fruit Dip:
Ingredients:
-1 cup plain Greek yogurt
-3 Tbsp natural peanut butter
-3 tsp honey
Mix together and chill before serving. Serve with whatever fruit you like! I find apples to be a great option to take to these kinds of events.
I've taken this to many events and it is always a hit! And people do appreciate having a healthy option to choose from, no matter what their nutrition looks like on a regular basis.
